Trevor Strickland
Co-founder of CS Investments
Bred for the business, Trevor’s vision is embedded in every crevice of the real estate ecosystem. With a graduate degree in Computer Systems Technology, he has a unique talent for applying software data & analytics to identifying and predicting lucrative opportunities across various housing markets. He has also acted as Vice-President of a condo board for several years, while adopting this same leadership and strategic acumen as a real estate investor and entrepreneur. Since 2009, Trevor has led a successful track record focusing on single family home rentals as well as several fix and flip properties.
A proud family man, Trevor is married to his lovely wife Julie, mother of their two young daughters, Harper and Kali. Together, they own a computer sales and service company (TS Computing), windsock business (Weldmech Engineering), laundromat (EZ Laundry) and Rideau Lakes Lodge, and actively invests in single family/multi family properties.
Brian Comeau
Co-founder of CS Investments
A true innovator and critical thinker, Brian has nurtured and bought multiple businesses over the past 26 years. Currently, he operates Unique Mechanical, Bass Lake Lodge Cottages & Campground, EZ Laundry, Rideau Lakes Lodge—all the while, leading a decorated career as a real estate investor.
Brian has been married for 17 years to his wife Jackie and has two teenage children, Jayden and Kailey. This devotion extends to his commitment to being a life-long learner in the construction industry; he studies all aspects of architecture, arming him with a nuts-and-bolts grasp of its foundations. From this technical standpoint, he offers a full-bodied perspective into housing infrastructure and market trends.
Brian partnered to create CS Investments Inc with a mission to continue building a real-estate portfolio that is razor-focused on single family homes and multifamily buildings.
Julie Strickland & Jackie Comeau
The Management Duo
Facilitating every detail behind the scenes, Julie and Jackie are the savvy wingwoman wives who administrate day-to-day communications, appointments and tasks. Together, they orchestrate the power squad: CS Investment’s team of project managers, contractators, lawyers,etc. Always on the go, these leading ladies also oversee the leases and provide tenant support. Concurrently, on the marketing side of business, Julie and Jackie create advertisements for vacant units, while responding to promising leads for new occupancies.
